What has Jabu done with the new income?

Jabu's stick and mud house was getting old and started crumbling in the rains. With her new income, Jabu has been able to start building a new house. She hired someone to come pour a cement foundation and build a wood frame. She and her family are working together to complete the construction.

Jabu also hired someone with a tractor to grate and plow a full acre of maize and pumpkin. She plans to feed her family for the whole year with it!

Jabu has also been able to buy school uniforms and pay school tuitions for the children on her homestead.
